Hotels/guesthouses (9 nts), river camping (1 nt), trek camping (4 nts) Some of the accommodation on this trip is owned by our operating partner Himalayan Encounters. Both the Old Inn in Bandipur and also the Famous Farm pay special attention when it comes to Responsible Travel. Yearning for travel laced with adventure? Jump on board this action-packed tour full of variety and great experiences, including challenging treks, river rafting, mountain vistas and ancient kingdoms. Head deep into the jungle, walk among the majestic Himalaya, meet the friendly Nepali locals, discover the streets and squares of Kathmandu and enjoy a riveting cultural experience to boot. If you are up for an active challenge, the OUT Nepal Adventure is definitely for you.

With its monkey temples, living goddesses and markets of every kind, Kathmandu is a legendary city. Climb to Swayambhunath for fantastic views.

Discover the Nepali countryside. Hike the Kathmandu Valley, through subtropical forests and across a softly undulating landscape to Nagarkot's spectacular lookout point. Descend through terraced farmlands to quaint Bhaktapur.

See Nepal from water-level along the Trisuli River, camping overnight on a river beach.

The hilltop village of Bandipur has been largely untouched by tourism and is an excellent opportunity to experience Newari village life.

Once part of the trade route between India and Tibet, Pokhara lies in the shadow of the Annapurnas. Prepare for the trek ahead with a morning walk to Sarangkot or a bike ride through the rural landscape.

Follow roads less-travelled on a trek through the remote Siklis area. Most of our trips require a compulsory local payment, which is part of the contract with you (the customer) and OUT Adventures. This amount is the final payment for your trip and is to be paid in the specified currency, in cash to your leader upon arrival. The local payment is non-refundable, and is considered part of the total trip payment.

It is expensive to transfer funds to many countries - so by making a Local Payment you help us keep your costs low.

The Local Payment is used for paying for local services such as hotels and transport.

No, as the money is used to pay for local services these cannot be paid elsewhere.
